Making a Will is one of the most important things that any person should consider, particularly when they are the single owner of, for instance, real property (land, buildings), or have single account (e.g. at bank), or have Kiwisaver funds, or have personal property (such as shares) in their sole name.

Ideally you should review your Will every 5 years or when there is a major change to your personal situation and/or assets.
